PURPOSE: A germ perception system is provided, which cam confirm contamination by germ with naked eye and can prevent a disease generated by microbism. CONSTITUTION: A germ perception system comprises: a kitchen tool(100) which is used when cooking food; a bacteria detecting apparatus(200) which is equipped with a contamination display unit(200-1) to recognize a pollution level of bacteria with naked eye, is installed in one side portion of the kitchen tool to sense contamination of bacteria. A contamination display unit maintains a state that does not show any change or reaction when a pollution level of bacteria is negative(normality). If contamination of bacteria is detected, it shows a change of color or reaction.
