This invention discloses a dactylology translation system which is used to solve a problem of structure of the known system too complex. The dactylology translation system comprises a sensing ring, a database, a processor and a human mechanical interface. The sensing ring senses a dactylology motion and to generate a plurality of measuring segments. The database stores a plurality of template data. The processor calculates segment similarities between all template segments divided during differential period of all template data and measuring segment during the same period, counts an amount of each segment similarity within a similarity threshold range, to calculate a ratio of the amount to a quantity of template segments of the same template data to be a segment similarity ratio of each template data, and generates a invalid signal or a dactylology signal based on the segment similarity ratio of all template data and a segment ratio threshold range for displaying the signals by the human mechanical interface.
