PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the side effect by increasing the solubility of NSAIA in the gastric juice and by increasing the transmittance through a film and skin barrier which may make transdermal administration (topical application).SOLUTION: A novel positively charged prodrug of an aryl and a heteroaryl propyonic acid expressed by formulas (1) and (2) is synthesized. The prodrug diffuses about 100-130 times as fast as the parent medicines through the human skin. When the prodrug is dermally administered, the prodrug reaches a peak plasma level in only about 40-50 min.
