PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food composition for improving intestinal absorption amount in which the amount of intestinal absorption of lutein and anthocyanin is improved for the purpose of asthenopia and myopia prevention etc.SOLUTION: Provided is a food composition for improving intestinal absorption amount, which improves intestinal absorption amount of lutein and anthocyanin by suspending liver oils in a lutein-containing or anthocyanin-containing material, or a mixture of lutein-containing material and anthocyanin-containing material. It is preferable that in the total content of the composition lutein-containing material is contained by 0.05 to 25 wt.%, anthocyanin-containing material by 0.5 to 45 wt.%, and liver oils by 5 to 30 wt.%. Further, the liver oils are fish oil obtained from the liver of shark, salmon, herring, cod, yellowtail, ray or the like, or chemically synthesized oil and preferably containing squalene in an amount of 25 to 45 wt.%, alkoxyl glycerol in an amount of 30 to 55 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】眼精疲労や近視予防等のために、ルテイン及びアントシアニンの腸管吸収量を向上させた腸管吸収量向上用食品組成物の提供。【解決手段】ルテイン含有物或いはアントシアニン含有物、又はルテイン含有物とアントシアニン含有物の混合物に、肝油類を懸濁することによりルテイン及びアントシアニンの腸管吸収量を向上させる腸管吸収量向上用食品組成物。前記組成物の内容物全量に対してルテイン含有物が0.05~25重量%、アントシアニン含有物が0.5~45重量%、肝油類が5~30重量%含有されていることが好ましい。また、前記肝油類は、鮫、鮭、鰊、鱈、鰤、エイ等の肝臓から得られた魚類油、又は化学的に合成された油であって、スクアレンが25~45重量%、アルコキシルグリセロールが30~55重量%含まれることが好ましい。【選択図】図8
