PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and precise method of making denture, improving releasability of solder denture and resin denture from plaster.SOLUTION: In this method, denture is made in a polymerization system using a flask. The method includes: a primary burying process S1 of burying the base side of an occlusion bed model where artificial teeth are arranged in burying plaster of a lower flask a secondary burying process S2 of burying the upper part of the occlusion bed model in visco-elastic material to cover the occlusion bed model a tertiary burying process of burying the upside of the visco-elastic material in burying plaster of an upper flask an occlusion bed model removing process S4 of removing only the occlusion bed model after the burying plaster and the visco-elastic material are cured a resin filling process S5 of filling a space from which the occlusion bed model is removed with resin and a process S6 of removing the burying plaster to take out denture after the resin is solidified.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 石膏からロウ義歯やレジン義歯床の離脱性を向上させ、簡便かつ精密な義歯の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 フラスコを用いた重合システムによる義歯の製造方法であって、人工歯を配列した咬合床模型の底面側を、下部フラスコの埋没用石膏に埋没させる1次埋没工程S1、その咬合床模型の上部を、粘弾性材料中に埋没させて該咬合床模型を被覆する2次埋没工程S2、その粘弾性材料の上面側を、上部フラスコの埋没用石膏に埋没させる3次埋没工程S3、埋没用石膏及び粘弾性材料の硬化後に、咬合床模型だけを除去する咬合床模型除去工程S4、咬合床模型が除去された空間にレジンを填入するレジン填入工程S5、レジンの固化後に、該埋没用石膏を除去して義歯を取り出す取り出し工程S6の各工程により製造する。【選択図】 図1
