Method includes making excision of scar tissue, a horizontal incision of skin in zone adjacent to through defect, along ciliary edge to temporal area. Incision of an orbicularis muscle to cartilage in lateral and medial sides of the defect. Splitting eyelid into two plates: skin-muscular and conjunctival-cartilage, wherein muscle of upper eyelid is pierced and dissected away from cartilage. After that, remaining portion surrounding an orbicularis muscle is mobilised, and scar deformed cartilage is dissected and replaced with an allograft "Alloplant for blepharoplasty", which is preliminarily modelled in shape and size of defect. Then fixed to eyelid cartilage residues by allotendinous threads. Muscle of upper eyelid is sewed to upper edge of allograft. Mobilised orbicular muscle is laid on allograft and fixed to it by interrupted sutures. Skin with lateral and medial sides of defect is separated until it closes free skin defect. Excess skin formed at folds skin flaps are excised, then subcutaneously suturing of allotendinous threads with fixation to allotransplant and an orbicularis muscle, adapting sutures are made on skin.EFFECT: method enables effective and low-traumatic grafting of coloboma of upper eyelid of any size with restoration of structural properties of cartilage.1 cl, 3 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к пластической офтальмохирургии.
