PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: pharmaceutically useful formulations containing salts of compounds classified as Tachykinin compounds and being neuropeptide neurokinin-1 receptors [NK-1] receptors； and treatment methods using the formulations.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation contains a salt of a compound represented by the formula I, an excipient, one or more 5H-3 receptor antagonists, and further, corticosteroid.
