The present invention provides a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that specifically binds to BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen). The present invention further relates to engineered immune cells, CAR-encoding nucleic acids, and methods of producing such CARs, engineered immune cells, and nucleic acids, including such CARs.
