PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pants-type diaper capable of making a trunk-part elastic member less noticeable and providing a wearer with excellent fit in the diaper provided with the trunk-part elastic member extending in a diaper width direction on a waist part.SOLUTION: The disposable pants-type diaper comprises a trunk-part elastic member 13 extending in a diaper width direction x on a waist part of an outer wrapper member 2. The outer wrapper member 2 includes an inner sheet 7, an outer sheet 9 and, an intermediate sheet 8 disposed therebetween. The trunk-part elastic member 13 is disposed between the inner sheet 7 and the intermediate sheet 8, the outer sheet 9 and the intermediate sheet 8 are mutually joined at a plurality of first joining parts 11 provided in the diaper width direction x on the waist part, and the inner sheet 7 and the intermediate sheet 8 are mutually joined by second joining parts 12 extending in the diaper width direction x on the waist part.【課題】胴周り部におむつ幅方向に延びる胴部弾性部材が設けられた使い捨てパンツ型おむつであって、胴部弾性部材を目立たなくさせることができるとともに、着用感が良好な使い捨てパンツ型おむつを提供する。【解決手段】外装部材２の胴周り部におむつ幅方向ｘに延在する胴部弾性部材１３を有する使い捨てパンツ型おむつであって、外装部材２は、内側シート７と外側シート９とこれらの間に配された中間シート８を有し、胴部弾性部材１３は内側シート７と中間シート８との間に配され、外側シート９と中間シート８は、胴周り部において、おむつ幅方向ｘに複数設けられた第１接合部１１で互いに接合され、内側シート７と中間シート８は、胴周り部において、おむつ幅方向ｘに延びる第２接合部１２で互いに接合されている。【選択図】図４
