PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pants-type diaper capable of making a trunk-part elastic member less noticeable in the disposable pants-type diaper provided with the trunk-part elastic member extending in a diaper width direction on a waist part.SOLUTION: The disposable pants-type diaper comprises a trunk-part elastic member 13 extending in a diaper width direction x on a waist part of an outer wrapper member 2. The outer wrapper member 2 includes an inner sheet 7, an outer sheet 9 and, an intermediate sheet 8 disposed therebetween.
