PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical lighting system, which changes an illumination distribution in lighting and which also corresponds to the various situations of an surgery.SOLUTION: The lighting device includes lighting parts 2 which include light sources 12, reflection mirrors 14 arranged to be opposed to the irradiation directions of the light sources 12 and having curved surfaces to be recessed toward the light sources 12, and mobile parts for changing intervals between the light sources 12 and the reflection mirrors 14, and are configured to allow light emitted from the light sources 12 to be reflected against the reflection mirrors 14 and to be emitted to an object.
