PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement technology for statistically evaluating a measurement value of a shear wave measured with supersonic waves.SOLUTION: A statistical processing part derives distribution functions 1 to 3 each of which models a correspondence relation between each of a plurality of measurement values on a measurement set and a frequency of the measurement value on the basis of the plurality of measurement values for each measurement set. The statistical processing part calculates a summed frequency in which the frequencies of a measurement value obtained from the plurality of distribution functions 1 to 3 are summed up for each measurement value on the basis of the plurality of distribution functions 1 to 3 corresponding to the plurality of measurement sets so as to derive a composite distribution function associating each measurement value with the summed frequency of the measurement value.
