This syringe (10) with a hanging tag comprises: a plunger (20) having a gasket (23) at a leading end and a pressing member portion (21) at a base end； a syringe barrel (30) which has a nozzle (37) at a leading end and a flange (31) on the rim of the rear end side, the plunger (20) being inserted therein such that the gasket (23) is slidable therein； a medication chamber (35) in which a medication fluid (34) is contained in the syringe barrel (30) between the gasket (23) and a medication fluid outlet hole (38) of the nozzle (37)； a syringe which can be connected to a syringe barrel nozzle coupling part (41) in which the nozzle (37) connects to a medication fluid delivery conduit (42)； and a medication administration situation label tag (53).
