A fault determination method for drivers (112) of a robot control system, comprising: virtually configuring a robot control system so that a host machine (10) transmits a control instruction only to one of at least two drivers (112) on the robot control system (S101); modifying a circuit of the robot control system so that the robot control system is connected only to the driver (112) receiving the control instruction and to be tested (S102); transmitting the control instruction to the driver (112) to be tested (S103); determining whether the driver (112) to be tested is executing normally a specified action in driving a rotary shaft (121) corresponding thereto (S104); and if not, then determining that the driver (112) to be tested is faulty (S105). By such means, when the robot control system becomes faulty, the need to remove all of the drivers (112) for testing is obviated, and the fault can be positioned on site, thus greatly reducing the time spent on tuning and maintenance.
