A laser therapy device of an embodiment of the present invention has an illumination system, an observation system, an irradiation system, an illumination range modification unit, an irradiation conditions setting unit, and a control unit. The illumination system illuminates a fundus of the subject's eye. The observation system is used in order to observe the illuminated eye fundus. The irradiation system irradiates the eye fundus with aiming light of a predetermined pattern and therapeutic light consisting of laser light patterned on the basis of a predetermined pattern. The illumination range modification unit is used in order to modify the range of the eye fundus illuminated by the illumination system. The irradiation conditions setting unit sets the irradiation conditions of the sighting light and/or therapeutic light of the irradiation system.
