To provide a wristband that allows addition of information at a low cost and easily after wearing.SOLUTION: A wristband 1 is constituted by a strip-shaped piece including, on its surface, an information display part 2 for information to be printed thereon. The wearing of the wristband 1 is carried out by, in wound state, engaging an engagement hole 11 formed at one end thereof to any one of a plurality of adjustment holes 10 formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction from the other end with a band fastener. The engagement hole 11 and the plurality of adjustment holes 10 are arranged in a line along the longitudinal direction.
