PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition liquid supply device capable of improving convenience for a user and a fine bubble generator comprising the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an addition liquid supply device 6 for supplying an addition liquid to a circulation channel which extends from a suction hole to a discharge hole so as to suck a liquid in a bathtub from the suction hole provided on a wall face of the bathtub and discharge the sucked liquid from the discharge hole provided on the wall face, the addition liquid supply device comprising: an addition liquid storage case which is a case for forming a storage space for storing the addition liquid, which has an open hole for communicating the storage space and an outside, and is detachably attached to the suction hole by rotary fitting.
