PURPOSE: A heating device and a food drier including the same are provided to reduce the loss of hot air by changing the structure of a cover to improve drying efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A motor case (19) surrounds a motor. A fan is combined to a shaft of the motor protruded upward for rotation. A heater (12) is installed around the fan. A cover (13) covers the fan and the heater by being connected to the motor case. The cover comprises an upper surface (13a), a side surface (13b) with plural first side through-holes (21), and a flange unit (13c) connected to the motor case. A slope rib tilted to a predetermined angle toward the rotation direction of the fan is extended from the inner surface of the cover.
