The present invention relates to a wearable and portable sitz bath comprising a body (11), when seen by the side, which has an upper portion having a form in which both ends of is lifted and a central portion is lowered, and a left plate (12) and a right plate (13) having a shape having the width narrowed as going downward are facing and coupled to each other, wherein a coupling upper plate (15) with a plurality of through holes (16) is coupled to the upper surface of the body (11) and comprises one surface with the upper surface consisting of the left plate (12) and the right plate (13), and a far-infrared radiation source for emitting far-infrared radiation inside the body and a harness coupled to a body at a hanger (17) formed attached at the side surface of the body are provided.
