PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of preventing the heat stroke by cooling the buttocks, the inguinal region, and the back for suppressing a body temperature rise under high-temperature and high-humidity environment in the summer, mitigating stress of the mind and body by promoting heat dissipation and evaporation of perspiration, and allowing a user to arbitrarily and easily attach/detach it without any labor.SOLUTION: A cooling device 101 includes a pocket part 5 on a back face of a holder 1 that can be clipped to clothing, in a state of hanging down to a body side of a users body U and clampedly connected by a heat-dissipation assist plate 3, and similarly, the lower part of the heat-dissipation assist plate 3 and the pocket part 5 are clampedly connected by a fixture 4.
