The invention relates to a bakery product as functional food, meant for persons with nutritional deficit. According to the invention, the product consists of 37.5...38% white wheat flour, 4.3...4.5% flour of partially defatted pumpkin seeds, 12.5...12.8% yogurt with 2% fat content, 8.35...8.5% butter with 65% fat content, 12.5...12.7% sugar, eggs, salt, lemon juice, baking soda, and, for the rest, water up to 100%, the percentage being expressed by mass, the product having a content of maximum 64.5% carbohydrates, 15.5% lipids and 14.1% proteins, respectively, and an energetic value of 439 kcal/100g.
