PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage device for a sanitary fixture, which can, for example, bring about a constant disinfection effect over a long period of time by utilizing a photodetector for detecting the intensity of ultraviolet applied from an ultraviolet-irradiation portion.
SOLUTION: This drainage device 10 for the sanitary fixture includes: a drainage portion 1 which is equipped with a drain outlet 2 allowing inflow of wastewater and connected to a drain pipe 3 discharging the wastewater and an ultraviolet-irradiation portion 5 which is equipped with the ultraviolet LED 4 irradiating the ultraviolet for disinfecting the inside of the drainage portion 1. Particularly, the drainage device 10 further includes the photodetector 7 detecting the intensity of the ultraviolet irradiated into the drainage portion 1 from the ultraviolet-irradiation portion 5.
