PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorter the time required for cleaning and the extremely poor cleaning state of the conventional cleaning device which is lined up with roll brushes side by side in a horizontal, parallel or concentric state or longitudinally in the upper part of a water tank and is constituted to clean root vegetables by the water raised from the water tank by the roll brushes and the high water pressure nozzle injection from the upper part. SOLUTION: The hardly cleanable soil, deposited, flat shaped and rugged root vegetables are subjected to a cleaning treatment without flawing by this automated cleaning device.
