PURPOSE: An immune enhancing composition containing immune colostrum and immuneyolk is provided to enhance level of antibody titer in blood. CONSTITUTION: An immune enhancing composition contains immuneyolk and immune colostrum immuned with a vaccine. The vaccine is E.coli, Salmonella, bovine rotavirus, bovine corona virus, bovine virus mucosal virus, or Pasteurella multocida. The composition further contains 500-1000ppm of grapefruit seed extract. The composition is manufactured in the form of powder, granule, liquid, tablet, or capsule. The composition also contains Aurantii nobilis Pericarpium, Paeoniae Radix, Glycyrrhiza extract and 1-5 weight% of xylitol.본 발명은 특정 항원으로 면역된 면역 초유 및 면역 난황을 포함하는 면역증강 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더 구체적으로 본 발명은 양축농가에서 발생하는 주요 질병을 감소시킬 수 있는 특이 항체를 포함하는 면역 초유와 면역 난황을 생산하여 이를 포집, 보존, 건조, 멸균 후 제조한 분말형 복합초유를 제공한다. 본 발명의 면역증강 조성물은 자축의 혈중 내 특이 항체가를 고도의 수준으로 높여 신생 자축의 질병을 유의적으로 감소시키고 면역원성을 증가시킬 수 있다.
