The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating liver fibrosis comprising an exosome derived from adipose stem cells as an active ingredient. The exosome derived from adipose stem cells according to the present invention contains genetic information, proteins, growth factors, and the like for treating liver fibrosis, and thus shows excellent therapeutic effects for liver fibrosis in an animal model of liver fibrosis, and since the exosome is a cell-derived material, and thus has good biocompatibility and excellent absorption rate. Accordingly, the exosome according to the present invention can minimize tumorigenesis of stem cells or adverse side effects caused by cellular waste products that may occur due to the limitation of current therapeutic drugs or in the treatment using whole stem cells； and can be naturally delivered to the liver through an intravenous injection treatment, a topical administration, or the like which are easily applicable without surgical interventions, and thus can reduce the economic cost and burden put on a patient. Consequently, the exosome derived from adipose stem cells according to the present invention can be beneficially used for the prevention, alleviation or treatment of liver fibrosis.본 발명은 지방줄기세포유래 엑소좀을 유효성분으로 포함하는 간 섬유증 예방, 개선, 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 지방줄기세포유래 엑소좀은 간 섬유증 치료를 위한 유전정보, 단백질, 및 성장인자 등이 담지되어 있어 간 섬유증 동물 모델에서 우수한 간 섬유증 치료효과를 나타내었으며, 상기 엑소좀은 세포유래 물질이므로 생체적합성이 좋고 흡수율 또한 뛰어난 장점이 있다.따라서, 현재 사용되고 있는 치료 약물의 한계점 또는 줄기세포 자체를 이용한 치료에서 발생할 수 있는 줄기세포의 암세포화 또는 세포 노폐물에 의한 부작용을 최소화 할 수 있으며, 수술 없이 간단하게 적용 가능한 정맥주사요법 또는 국소투여방식 등을 통해 자연적으로 간에 전달할 수 있으므로 경제적 비용 절감 및 환자의 부담감도 줄일 수 있다. 결국, 본 발명에 따른 지방줄기세포유래 엑소좀은 간 섬유증의 예방, 개선, 또는 치료용도로 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.
