The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, ameliorating or treating hepatic fibrosis, comprising an exosome derived from human adipose stem cells as an active ingredient. Since the exosome derived from adipose stem cells according to the present invention carries genetic information, proteins and growth factors for treating hepatic fibrosis, the exosome exhibits excellent therapeutic effects on hepatic fibrosis in animal models of hepatic fibrosis. Since the exosome is a cell-derived substance, it has an advantage of being excellent in biocompatibility and an excellent absorption rate. Therefore, it is possible to overcome the limitations of currently used therapeutic drugs, and to minimize the side effects of stem cells which are caused by cancer cells or waste products which may be generated by the treatment using the stem cells themselves. In addition, since it can be transmitted to the liver spontaneously by intravenous injection therapy or local administration that can be easily applied without surgery, the cost of treatment can be reduced and the burden on the patient can be reduced. Therefore, the exosomes derived from adipose stem cells according to the present invention can be usefully used for prevention, amelioration or treatment of liver fibrosis.本発明は、ヒト脂肪幹細胞由来のエキソソームを有効成分として含む肝線維症の予防、改善または治療用の組成物に関する。本発明による脂肪幹細胞由来のエキソソームは、肝線維症治療のための遺伝情報、タンパク質及び成長因子などが担持されていることから、肝線維症の動物モデルにおいて優れた肝線維症の治療効果を現わし、前記エキソソームは細胞由来物質であることから、生体適合性に優れており、吸収率も優秀であるという長所を有する。したがって、現在使用されている治療薬物の限界点を乗り越えることができ、幹細胞自体を用いた治療で発生し得る幹細胞の癌細胞化または細胞老廃物による副作用を最小化することができる。また、手術なく簡単に適用可能な静脈注射療法または局所投与方式などによって自然に肝に伝達することができるので、治療費用の節減及び患者の負担感も減らすことができる。したがって、本発明による脂肪幹細胞由来のエキソソームは、肝線維症の予防、改善または治療の用途で有用に用いることができる。
