PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a lift for care which allows a care receiver to easily transfer to various kinds of devices to which he or she wants to transfer placed in front of a care bed and also allows him or her to safely operate the lift for care by himself or herself when he or she transfers to devices such as a portable toilet and wheelchair, and which allows a caregiver to operate the lift for care remotely as needed.SOLUTION: A self-propelled lift for care can carry a care receiver in a hanging-down posture suited to transfer to the device that he or she wants to transfer to by moving him or her in the hanging-down posture up and down above a care bed including area around the bed for care, and the entire self-propelled lift for care can move back and forth without using travel rails, columns and the like therefore, a space in front of the care bed can be made the most of, which allows the care receiver to transfer various kinds of devices including a simple bathtub for care. The lift operates on electricity whenever moves the body of the care receiver in the hanging-down posture up and down, back and forth, and right and left, and turns the body around, which enables him or her to operate the lift by himself or herself to transfer to the devices. Moreover, two confirming cameras (25, 26) are provided on each of elevating bases, which enables a caregiver to operate the lift remotely.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 介護ベッド手前置かれた多種の移乗機器への移乗を簡単に行なう様にすると共に、トイレや車椅子等への移乗に於いては、被介護者自身でも安全に操作出来る介護用リフトを開発する事である。又、介護者は必要に応じて遠方からでも操作が出来る様にする事である。【解決手段】 多種の移乗機器に対応する為、介護ベッド周辺上を上下動作させる事で、目的移乗機器に合わせた身体吊下げ姿勢にする事が出来ると共に、走行レールや支柱等を使用せず介護用リフト全体を前後動作させる為、ベッド手前のスペースを最大限に活用出来、介護用簡易浴槽などへの対応も可能となる。又、上下、前後、左右、回転等全て電動化した事で、被介護者自身による操作で移乗を可能にするだけでなく、各昇降台上に設置した2台の確認用カメラ(25~26)により遠隔操作も可能となる。【選択図】図1
