PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which facilitates wearing operation for a person who cannot spread legs widely apart and shows excellent fitting properties.SOLUTION: In an absorbent article 1 including a liquid permeable surface sheet 20, a back surface sheet 30, and an absorber 60 interposed between the surface sheet 20 and the back surface sheet 30, the absorber 60 is equipped with a first linear groove part 71 which is located in a center in a width direction of the absorber 60 and extends in a longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 1 and a second V-shaped groove part 72 which is bifurcated from an abdominal side part 11 toward a back side part 12 by using the center in the width direction of the absorber 60 as a base point. The second groove part 72 includes a second abdominal side groove part 72a provided on the abdominal side part 11 and a second central groove part 72b provided in a crotch part 13. A bifurcation angle of the second central groove part 72b toward the back side part 12 is smaller than that of the second abdominal side groove part 72a.
