PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which improves followability with respect to exercises when the absorbent article is worn without giving a wearer anxiety about leakage.SOLUTION: In an absorbent article having a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable back sheet, and an absorber arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet, the absorber consists of two layers of an upper layer absorber and a lower layer absorber, and is provided with at least two channel embossments extending in a longitudinal direction of the absorbent article from the top sheet to the upper layer absorber.
