PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is folded in a longer direction in individual packaging, capable of reducing fold wrinkles and fold habits during use thereof, and capable of efficiently preventing lateral leakage of a body fluid.SOLUTION: There is provided the absorbent article which is folded in a longer direction by fold lines extending in a width direction in individual packaging. In the vicinity of respective area where the fold line of an absorber is formed, an embossment groove is formed along the width direction, and channel embossments are formed on a front part, a crotch part, and a rear part.
