A phytoncide bathing material is formed by mixing 20-36 wt% of leaves of cypress, 19-23 wt% of nut pine leaves, 19-23 wt% of pine leaves, 9-11 wt% of mugwort, 9-11 wt% of angelica, 4-6 wt% of purified yellow ocher, and 4-6 wt% of a charcoal powder.
