PURPOSE: A peat containing cosmetic composition is provided to have effects on skin diseases and pain relieving by including high content of organic material, fulvic acid, humic acid, or humin. CONSTITUTION: A peat containing cosmetic composition comprises a mixture including cypress powder and rosemary powder for removing offensive flavor. The peat has the average particle size of 1-300 micro meters, the moisture content of 85-95 wt%, and the decomposition rate of 7-9. The average particle size of the cypress powder and rosemary powder is 10-60 micro meters. A cosmetic composition includes 4 ~ 20 parts by weight of the mixture including the cypress powder and the rosemary powder based on 100 parts by weight of the peat. The mixing ratio of the cypress powder to the rosemary powder is 60 : 40 - 95 : 5.
