PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining type wheelchair for nursing care, a wheelchair that protects an elderly person, a physically impaired person, a care-required person who is bedridden for some reason, and a caregiving person and that carries out comfortable life for these people.SOLUTION: Of a lumbar part receiving base B and a tail part receiving base C, which execute reclining elevation by an elevation mode through a reclining operation, with a nodal point 2 in movable descending shift, and with a nodal point 8 in movable rearward shift, the receiving bases B, C sink from a fixed height position, and then, a nodal point 6 of the head part and a back receiving base A also makes movable rearward shift. By the entire head and back receiving base A elevating, the body back, lumbar part, tail and thigh parts are wrapped in a freely bendable bucket shape, preventing the entire body from descending and deviating downward to the foot.
