PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body position aid that stabilizes a users back and head and that enables the grasping of the users appearance from behind a chair.SOLUTION: A body position aid 1 for supporting the back and head of a user sitting on a chair includes frame bodies 10 and 20 that are arranged in the state of being stacked on a front or rear surface of a back board of the chair, and a cover 50 that is attached to the frame bodies 10 and 20.
