The invention relates to a method for filtering a cloudy beverage, inparticular a cloudy wine,from at least one tank, in which a deposit has formed, by means of a filteringsystem,preferably having the following steps: a) the cloudy beverage is clarified anddrained in a firstfiltration circuit (11) comprising the filtration modules (6) having channels(9) of smallerdiameter, and b) the remaining unfiltrate from step a) and/or the deposit ofthe cloudybeverage is/are clarified and drained in a second filtration circuit (12)comprising the filteringmodules (7) having channels (9) of larger diameter.
