The present invention discloses an endoscopic device with a flexible circuit board, which consists of a hollow tube, a case, a lens module and a flexible printed circuit (FCC) board. The case has a housing space and is located at front section of the hollow tube. The lens module is located in the housing space, and the lens module has a lens and an image sensor that faces the lens module.
