The present invention relates to a gene for discriminating light pollution and a light pollution discriminating apparatus using the same.The gene for discriminating light pollution according to the present invention changes the expression pattern specifically in the environment corresponding to light pollution, and it is possible to discriminate whether or not the light pollution is present. Thus, when the gene is used for the light pollution discrimination device or the light pollution discrimination method, it becomes possible to discriminate whether or not the light pollution exists by a more objective and simple method.본 발명은 빛 공해 판별용 유전자 및 이를 이용한 빛 공해 판별장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 빛 공해 판별용 유전자는 빛 공해에 해당하는 환경에서만특이적으로 발현 양상이 변화하여, 이를 통해 빛 공해 해당 여부를 판별하는 것이 가능하다. 그리하여 이러한 유전자를 이용하여 빛 공해 판별장치 또는 빛 공해 판별방법 등에 적용하게 되면 보다 객관적이면서 간편한 방법으로 빛 공해 해당 여부를 판별하는 것이 가능하게 된다.
