PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cleansing agent composition which blocks metal ions contained in tap water and the like used when cleansing the hair, or removes chlorine, is excellent in sliding property without entangling the hair, cause no hair friction when rinsing, is excellent in finger combing property, has no dry or stiff feeling after using, can be well arranged, is excellent in a gloss feeling, or give no tight feeling to the scalp when washing up.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a hair cleansing agent composition containing component (A) phytic acid, and further containing the following component (I) or (II): (I) component (B) of a surfactant and component (C) of one or more kinds of plant extracts selected from the extract obtained from Vaccinium myrtillus and Camellia sinensis； (II) component (B1) of one or more kinds of amino-acid-salt-type surfactants selected from N-acyl sarcosine salt and N-acyl glutamate, and component (B2) of a betaine-type amphoteric surfactant.
