PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple device that cuts off power transmission from a driving shaft to an attaching shaft and maintains the cut-off state when a rotary blade is overloaded.SOLUTION: An engaging plate 43 is integrally secured to a driving shaft 40. A collar 47 is attached to a rotary blade attaching shaft 41, and a hook 45 is rotatably attached to the collar 47 in a manner energized by a spring 56. The hook 45 in its standing position abuts on a protrusion 43b of the engaging plate 43 to transmit power. When a rotary blade is overloaded, the hook 45 is turned to a fallen position against the spring 56 to cut off power transmission.
