PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separately measure a temperature of skin and a temperature of a region excluding the skin of a person.SOLUTION: A camera images a subject. A skin detection part detects the skin region representing the skin of the subject based on a first captured image obtained by imaging when irradiating the subject with a first wavelength light, and a second captured image obtained by imaging when irradiating the subject with a second wavelength light, which is longer than the first wavelength light. A skin temperature acquisition part acquires at least one of the skin temperature and the temperature of the non-skin region based on the skin region.
