A body temperature measuring method using an image includes the steps of: detecting a skin region of interest in the image by a computer device； extracting color data of the skin region of interest by the computer device； estimating a skin temperature by applying the color data to a skin temperature regression analysis expression representing a relationship between the color data and the skin temperature by the computer device； and estimating a body temperature by applying the estimated skin temperature to a body temperature regression analysis expression representing a relationship between the estimated skin temperature and the body temperature. Accordingly, the present invention can measure the body temperature by using a smart device and can be used for a telemedicine service.영상을 이용한 체온 측정 방법은 컴퓨터 장치가 영상에서 피부 관심 영역을 검출하는 단계, 상기 컴퓨터 장치가 상기 피부 관심 영역의 색상 데이터를 추출하는 단계, 상기 컴퓨터 장치가 상기 색상 데이터와 피부 온도의 관계를 나타내는 피부 온도 회귀 분석 식에 상기 색상 데이터를 적용하여 피부 온도를 추정하는 단계 및 상기 컴퓨터 장치가 상기 추정한 피부 온도와 체온의 관계를 나타내는 체온 회귀 분석 식에 상기 추정한 피부 온도를 적용하여 체온을 추정하는 단계를 포함한다.
