PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which the dissipation of heat related to hot storage/cool storage of displayed sale items such as fresh foods is reduced and at the same time the functions of oxidation and contamination prevention by blocking the atmosphere are provided at low cost.SOLUTION: In the method for blocking the atmosphere by gas dense layer, by having a dense layer of a gas of higher density than the atmosphere, such as carbon dioxide, reside, or flow at low flow velocity, in a concavity, an object in the density vessel is blocked from the atmosphere and the heat dissipation due to the convection of the atmosphere is reduced, and in addition, as a result of blocking the atmosphere, the functions of preventing the degradation such as oxidation of fresh foods or the like and the function of preventing contamination from suspended matter in the atmosphere are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 生鮮食品の陳列販売等の温蔵・冷蔵に関わる熱の放散を少なくして、合わせて大気を遮断することで酸化と防汚の機能を低コストで提供する。【解決手段】 炭酸ガス等の大気より高比重ガスの比重層を凹部に滞留または低流速で流すことにより、比重槽内の物体を大気と遮断し大気の対流による熱放散を少なくする。加えて、大気の遮断により生鮮食品等の酸化等の劣化を防止し大気中の浮遊物の混入を防ぐ機能をもたせたガス比重層による大気遮断法。【選択図】図3
