PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient chair equipped with a lifting device, the lifting device being capable of suppressing changes of the lifting speed within a lifting range of the seat part.SOLUTION: The lifting device comprises: a cylinder 24 having a piston 26 an upper stage link 30 and a lower stage link 40. The upper stage link and the lower stage link include: a connecting member 31 fixed to a seat part 12 or to a floor a cylinder connecting member 37 fixed to the cylinder, a first link element 32 connected to the connecting member and to the cylinder connecting member a second link element 33 connected to the connecting member and to the cylinder connecting member and a third link element 36 pivotably connected to the piston and to the second link element. The line connecting the two contacts of the first link member and the line connecting the two contacts of the second link member are parallel to each other.
