To provide a foldable wheelchair.SOLUTION: The foldable wheelchair includes: a back bracket； a seat part pivotally contacted by the back bracket； a forefoot part in pivotal contact with the seat part； and two armrest levers in pivotal contact with the back bracket. Between each armrest lever and the seat part, two first connection rods are pivotally contacted. As a result, the seat part can rotate between the first position which forms a (nearly vertical) angle with the back bracket and the second position which is nearly in parallel with the back bracket. The wheelchair further includes: two second connection rods which are pivotally contacted between the forefoot part and the back bracket； and two extension arms which are each fastened to the two second connection rods. When the seat part is in the first position, each extension arm having an auxiliary wheel is situated behind each rear wheel.
