PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair transportation carriage and a wheelchair connection and transportation device capable of enhancing a degree of freedom in movement, improving operability, and facilitating a transportation work.SOLUTION: The present invention realizes high operability even in a hand-push operation by permitting the omnidirectional movement of a wheelchair by hand-push when the drive wheels of the wheelchair are placed. A wheelchair connection and transportation device includes: wheelchair connection means for connecting multiple wheelchairs and a wheelchair transportation carriage where the drive wheels of a wheelchair positioned at an end between the multiple wheelchairs connected by the wheelchair connection means are placed. The drive wheels of at least the wheelchair positioned at an end are placed on the wheelchair transportation carriage to thereby operate the wheelchair positioned at the end.
