PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lactic acid fermented food of rice comprising cooked rice as a food having an easy-to-eat shape and new texture.SOLUTION: The lactic acid fermented food of rice is a fluid or semi-fluid lactic acid fermented food, having granular texture and is produced, by making hydrolyzed heat-molten material or hydrolyzed molten material comprising rice and/or rice flour ferment with starch-nondegradable plant lactobacillus under a saccharide-added condition.
