A cleaner of root heads from top remains not yet cut down has a console bearing element at the end of which an active cleaning unit with a reducer and a drive is arranged. In the lower part of the reducer two cylindrical brushes are arranged on drive console shafts at angle to each other and between them a driving vertical shaft with a round brush at the end is disposed. The cylindrical brushes are made by cleaning elastic disks fixed on the shafts. The adjacent disks of the cylindrical brushes have bent ends. The diameters of the disks increase in the direction to the ends of the drive overhung shaft. The body of the reducer is kinematically connected to an additional rotary actuator.
