The object of the present invention is to provide a composition having an activity of promoting lipolysis, and an action of inhibiting Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme (ACE), and has any problem from the viewpoint of safety such as side effect or toxicity as foods, and that can be ingested orally, or a food or beverage, or a supplement containing the composition. The present inventor made a keen study for various food materials in order to provide a composition for foods having an activity of promoting lipolysis and activity of inhibiting ACE, and found out that a composition prepared by combining salmon soft roe extract, beer yeast extract, barley leaflet extract and tricollagen has an excellent activity of promoting lipolysis and activity of inhibiting ACE. By using the composition of the present invention as an active ingredient, a food or beverage, or supplement having activity of promoting lipolysis and activity of inhibiting ACE can be provided.本發明之課題在於提供一種具有脂肪分解促進作用及血管收縮素轉化酶(ACE)抑制作用、且作為食品在副作用或毒性等安全性方面不存在問題、可口服之組合物及含有該組合物之飲食品或補充品。本發明者為提供具有脂肪分解促進作用及ACE抑制作用之食品用組合物而對各種食材進行了銳意研究，結果發現，將鮭魚魚精萃取物、啤酒酵母萃取物、大麥嫩葉萃取物及雞軟骨膠原蛋白組合製備之組合物具有優異之脂肪分解促進作用及ACE抑制活性作用。藉由將本發明之組合物用作有效成分，可提供一種具有脂肪分解促進作用及ACE抑制作用之飲食品或補充品。
