PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter for preventing the occurrence of an unexpected situation by preventing three travel modes (a road running mode, a planting-speed running mode and a neutral mode (PTO)) from being interchanged during running of a car body even if an auxiliary speed change gear is operated, thereby to prevent the occurrence of an unexpected situation. ! SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter comprises: an electric motor 16b for interchanging three travel modes (i.e., a road mode, a planting speed mode and a neutral mode) of an auxiliary speed change lever 16; and a PTO shifter 16c for regulating the operation of an auxiliary speed change lever 16, whereby the three running modes are not changed during the running of a car body 2 thereby to prevent the auxiliary speed change lever 16 from being operated by the contact of the foot or the like of an operator and to prevent the running car body 2 from being suddenly stopped or decelerated. !
