PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter in which a seedling planting device does not operate even if touching a going up and down operation device by mistake when a traveling operation lever is operated in the seedling transplanter in which the going up and down operation device of the seedling planting device is disposed at a traveling operation lever, and which can operate the travel speed and the going up and down of the seedling planting device by one hand. SOLUTION: A seedling planting device 6 includes: a float 1 that contacts to a field surface; a seedling tank 3 that sends off a loaded mat seedling to a seedling taking mouth 2; a planting device 5 that holds the seedling from the seedling taking mouth 2 by a planting claw 4 and plants the seedling. In the seedling transplanter in which the seedling planting device 6 is disposed at the back part of a traveling vehicle body 7 to be able to go up and down, a going up and down operation tool 11 making the seedling planting device 6 go up and down is disposed at the operation holding part of a traveling operation lever 10 performing the planting traveling operation of the traveling vehicle body 7, and the operation of a continuous operation time during from the going up and down operation tool 11 being operated to a going up and down operation is nullified when the traveling operation lever 10 is operated in a traveling position, or is operated to change the speed, and the seedling transplanter is in a travel condition.
